Can I pay in instalments on a Full Time course?

All fees are payable in advance before the Letter of Enrolment can be issued. An arrangement may be possible in some cases where a student may pay a deposit of £600.00 and the remaining balance arranged to be paid later in two instalments.

Please note: The amount you pay will be stated in your Enrolment Letter. We advice students to pay in advance for at least 1 year of their course to avoid visa refusals.

Can I pay in instalments on a Part Time course?

All fees are payable in advance for Part Time courses.

Can I get a refund on a Full Time course?

Fees are not refundable either in part or in full after the Letter of Enrolment has been issued whatever the attendance record of the student. However fees will be refunded upon production of the original receipts if a VISA application is refused and no appeal is pursued or intended by the student. Only a written refusal by the Home Office/Embassy will be accepted. In cases where a student has undergone tuition while waiting for his/her visa, fees for each week attended will be retained. In addition, the sum of £50.00 will be retained as administration charges.

Can I get a refund on a Part Time course?

You are entitled to a full refund if you withdraw from a course 2 weeks or more before the course starts. If you withdraw less than 2 weeks before the start of the course we will deduct £20.00 administration fee. The college will refund in full if your course is closed. The college does not normally refund fees if you withdraw after the course has started due to a change in your personal circumstances. However, you may be entitled to a transfer to another course or a voucher valid for a year. Transfers between courses are normally limited to once per enrolment and are not accepted after the fourth week of the commence of the course.

Can I extend my course?

It is the sole responsibility of the student to ensure that he/she attends classes regularly and punctually according to the schedule assigned to them. Missed hours of attendance cannot be reclaimed or carried forward. Course duration cannot be extended under any circumstances if the student fails to attend.
